You will find in this section some fuselages which are used as a basic airframe for our models.
Our homemade layered fuselage is the Aerospatiale Gazelle at 1:4 scale ratio, but e frequently work with fuselages from other manufacturers, and more specifically thoses from Vario, which product range is very wide.

The Gazelle fuselage is equipped with the VOG fenestron in its 13 blades version, identical to the full scale one. Due to its very high thrust, it allow the use of a large 3 blade main rotorhead, despite its inherent large torque. Its reduced weight allows a CG location on the main shaft.
The recommended turbine is the Jetcat PHT3-3 in its 850rpm gear reduction version. The turbine is then ideally centered, with a 100% scale exhaust output. Moreover, the available space in the cockpit allows a 100% scale treatment.
